Testing is organised around four checkpoints. Results, packing details and retained samples remain linked to the batch number issued at production.
Confirm the specification before packing
A batch is released only when the agreed parameters are met and the record is complete. Where a value is outside the specification, the batch is held and reviewed before any decision is taken.
Sampling discipline
Samples are taken at defined points and labelled with the batch number before analysis.
Analysis and comparison
Results are compared against the specification agreed with the customer, not against a generic catalogue value.
Traceability
Packing records, COA and retained samples share the same batch identifier for later reference.

What we measure, and with what
Routine testing covers assay, impurity profile, water content, appearance and particle size. Additional tests are arranged with qualified laboratories when a project requires them.
